For over 50 years "Rifugio Pranolz” has represented a wonderful place for nature, sport and outdoors’ lovers. In the Summer with a mild weather and the right degree of humidity in the air and in the Winter with the always loved snow this place offers its seasonal specialities together with friendliness and culinary knowledge by Elsa and Alessandra. Game meat, skewers, grilled specialities and entrees enriched with seasonal herbs are only a few specialities you can enjoy around the burning “Fireplace", near the comforting heat of “the Stove” or in the particular room “in style”. We’re available for dinner, lunch, special occasions, anniversaries and receptions (during Spring and Summer the place offers open-air parties).See you soon!

Base class only with reservation: 2 classes, 2 hours each plus an exit. THE CLASS TAKES PLACE WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 AND A MAXIMIM OF 6 PEOPLE.
